Cedar Rapids, Iowa | I had that wrong, since I didn't see any mention of CMR+ in the user guides. I've been in communication with someone who works for Trimble, and the CMR+ format is preferred over CMR.
Trimble Ag base stations actually send out a form of CMR+ known as CMR W, which can only be used by agriculture receivers. This prevents an Ag base station from being used in the survey and construction markets. I believe that restriction is one way, meaning that Ag receivers can use the normal CMR+ format (could be coming from a RTN or a single base station).
