I can see that. You get 4 guys involved and the next you know 1 guy uses up 70% of the guy's hours and they're all paying equally for the mechanic. Or, two guys are broke down at once and one has to have priority. One of those ideas that looks great on paper but the real world implementation doesn't work like it's supposed to.
