Clark, SD | Around here at least the techs don't get paid a whole lot to begin with and they don't get a tool credit. Tech that came out last spring said that theres some mornings they'll come into the shop and somebodies tools will be gone without any previous warnings. If you would give the guy $60,000-$75,000 a year and have him do the mechanic work as well as help on the farm the rest of the year, I think that would work out pretty well for both parties. | |
