I'd try to find someone from a dealer who is unhappy working there and have him do your mechanic work as well as farm work. I've talked to lots of techs at dealers and quite a few aren't very happy there and quite a few I've talked to have expressed a desire to farm. So if you could offer them something like that, it might be the best of both worlds for them.
Agreed. There are quite a few unhappy but have a hard time finding equivalent pay. You'll likely have to pay pretty close to what they make now plus furnish a truck, health insurance, cell phone etc. |
