| We bought one last year, could get 2017 or 2018. Went for a 2018 (who goes for the older model right!). Anyway it was very disappointing. We called the store we bought it from and complained, they sent out a repairman to check it out. He said they completely changed the 2018 to meet gov standards. He then checked the washer and ran it, and said it was working like it should. Then he told us to set it to use more water and more soap. Also told us he checked it out on the internet and there were lots of complaints on the 2018's. So we had it for about 2 and 1/2 months and I was really getting tired of my jeans looking dirty, so I called the store and told them it wasn't working for us. They told us to bring it back and for a hundred dollars we could exchange it. We bought a Electrolux front load and have been very happy with it. | |
