Victoria Township, North Dakota
a floor heat shop is great for comfort working on equipment that is dried off.

so the wash bay should have ceiling fans, and a forced air high heat rise hanging Modine propane fired heater
that puts out alot of heat fast to recover the temp after having the door open to bring in equipment.

my dad's50x36 shop with the floor drain and hanging heat from 1978 is not looking so bad as a wash bay/thaw out bay.
