Not in North Dakota or anywhere that far north but we have an exhaust fan in the wall. Takes care of the humidity problem. Radiant floor heat in wash bay so don’t lose much heat. Try not to run fan when it’s real cold out but I can wash for at least an hour with out fan on before condensation becomes a problem
