I think you would want a heat exchanger. I wash in my shop with a garden hose and get some extra condensation on windows, but not too bad.

My garage has a heated floor and it can really get humid in there just from vehicles dripping off every night. The heated floor compounds the moisture problem because the warm floor evaporated the melted snow and pumps that much more water into the air
