About 20 miles from there. That is probably about right to what has been selling in the area. Still pretty high but was in a pretty good area with money around. Couple miles from us had an 80 bring 9850 and it needed a pivot and the both wells to supply needed to be redone. Land in this area is in pretty good hands and the price reflects it.
