The land along the iowa/Minnesota border by where I live carries a difference of $2,000 acre from one side of the road to the other. And as bad as Minnesota is for taxes, Nebraska is a lot worse yet. At least them Norveegians from Minneesnota have enuff common sense to adjust their bids accordingly. Might be smarter than we give them credit for. Obviously smarter than your average cornhusker.
