Way high. Had 1/4 Sell today about 60 miles south for 6550. Flat but low water gallons. Dont know why anyone buys in Ne unless they enjoy taxes. Most close to border are moving out unless its paid for. right now can almost get 30-40% more Kansas ground than Ne for same $. Last irr 1/4 that sold close in ks sold for 5550 and was flat and no pumping costs for 16 in water a year. Money moving out of ne. land taxes are 30/ a there and 80/ acre here. good down on land payment over 20-30 years.
