I went through the process last summer for a hog barn. Honestly had a better experience with FSA than with farm credit but that is mostly based on the banker you get, mine is great. They will only fund half the project if doing it jointly with a bank. Yes some hoops but if your bankers has their s together it’s not to bad. 2.5% for 15 years helps the cash flow.
