SC IA | I think that depends more on the officer you're dealing with. I never had to be turned down. With that being said even if you did, most bankers know that if you can go through FSA you probably should. 4% on interest is a boat load of savings on a $300,000 note. I'm sure they could turn you down for no reason and get the ball rolling. Have a good relationship with your banker and they'll help you out. | |
