If you pull the arms off and can see the groove wore in the pin I would change them. I took a piece of pipe that would fit over the pins snug and then welded it to a socket and cut a hole in the pipe to put a bolt through the pin and then used an impact to spin them out. Not too bad of a job. If you are already rebuilding the row units it does not take much extra time.
