C IL | And ... in our local town of 6000 or so, there are (3) different MRI machines - one at the hospital and one each at the two different doctors clinics.
What do you think the % utilization is at each one and how much do they charge? Full market price, of course - there is no incentive in the industry to be more efficient.
Me, I am willing for the hospital to have one and if it is busy for a routine procedure during the day, I’ll get my MRI at 2am to save a thousand bucks or more. For example. | |
