Thanks all for the responses, thoughts, prayers and advice.

It’s difficult to keep current valuations on everything. We are fortunate to be in a good position but values can swing wildly as we’ve seen in the last 5 years or so. Depends if you’re buying or selling.

Personally I’d like to hold at least for the time being as people beat the odds daily. I tend to hope for the best but try to plan for the worst. Our farm is a mix of farmland, woods and good views so we are attached more than some would be but can’t deny the inevitable
