Subject: Dealing with the aftermath of brain cancer

west central wisconsin
Hi all. Wondering if others here have dealt with brain cancer or other brain issues. I’ve had a sectional done to remove the bulk of the tumor, went through 6 weeks of daily chemo and 6 weeks of daily radiation, and for the time being, am done.

I’m 57 years old and dairy and crop farm with 2 brothers. I’m in charge of crops but end up being a floater in the barns plenty. Wives all have off farm jobs, and that’s probably best anyway!
I have 3 sons but none are interested in farming, good, bad or indifferently

Trying to pick up the pieces and get back to my life. It’s been an interesting journey for sure. If a person dies, it’s over, but when they are part of a person on most levels, it’s a bit like being awake through a bad dream

Words of wisdom or how have others handled multi ownership, major health problems and a farm ?

Thanks for your input. Email is good if you’d rather. I will need good legal advice as well but looking for ideas on how others handled the physical, financial and emotional parts.
