My wife spends plenty of time on facebook, but Heck, I would hope that if this happened to me that she wouldn't take time to post something on there before she came to the hospital?? I suppose wife coulda called someone close and told them what was going on and that person posts asking for prayers? But as far as the OP. Those people calling that quickly to my wife or kids would be instantly taken out of consideration for any sale or rental.
What's the appropriate waiting period?
