Local mechanic/tire shop owner here had a massive heart attack at work this afternoon. He was taken to the hospital and is stable now. His wife called me and asked if I would take care of some chores while she was at the hospital. She told me that she had calls from other farmers in the area wanting to rent his land while she was driving to the hospital. Unbelievable.
What's the appropriate waiting period?
