I’ve had such bad luck with all my rea poles I’ve used. 10-15 years max for me. Once you cut them the creasote is only on the sides. The cut part must just suck up water like a sponge. I got some you can haul off Carlson
x100 same thing here. I quit using them. I'd say you got lucky to get that long, I don't. When they are new they are treated top to bottom and in vertical position it runs down over time to the bottom. Around here the bottom is so big you can't use them so you move up the pole to where you can and there is no treatment. Fast forward 5 o6 years and you find out you get to do it all over again...…….. |
