SC MN | Why ruin your nice tile floor drilling holes in it. Cut out a piece of drywall behind the tub and run the pipes up inside the wall, and then patch the drywall. It will look twice as nice and be alot easier to wash the floor without those pipes coming through. Also if you remove the sink, you won't have holes in your floor. You could even get a wall mount sink and it would really look sharp and be super easy to wash that floor without those legs and pipes in the way.
