We have a 10x31 with electric motor. We took a 3' piece of 4x6 tubing and welded some old fuel tank straps to it and hung it flat against the bottom of the tube on the upper end of auger for a counterweight. Painted it and hardly noticeable. Really helped a lot. One guy can move it pretty easy without leaving his man berries in the dirt behind him.
