^ The point of having a strong military is to not have to go to war. A lot of folks around the world like having the US fleet or bases nearby cause it has kept them safe for 70 yrs. Not mention ready to help with their national disasters. What has our bases in the pacific, Germany, and so on done for us except cost a ton of money. Everyone knows Canada has little to be worried about with the US military available, and yes it is our interest to keep you guys free.
