Subject: Grain leg freezing/ caking up

Having problems with the grain leg during cold weather and trying to dry corn. Dryer is full heat and dumps directly into elevator ( zero gaps) All the steam and moisture goes up the leg trunk and will start building up about 15’ up.. we have added a sucker at the leg hopper to pull bees wings and fines out but still having problems! Would putting a motor at the top on the distributor help or just cause a build up further up??? Looking for solutions or ideas.. thanks .... leg is only 70’
