If you are too tight to buy a 3/4"-600 ft lbs torque wrench and impact extension and socket so you can properly torque each lug nut to 450 ft lbs, I suggest you forget it and pay a good tire shop. Impact guns don't cut it. It is a safety thing.
If you cannot properly maintain the tires and brakes on your truck, it should not be on the road.
