I'd do the compressor to the small tank teede to a 1/2 inch hose feeding the biggest 1 inch Harbor freight impact

I have a multiplier and it ust take sway too many seconds and time to use

or get one of those 1 inch drive 4 foot long breaker bars from a truck parts supply store and a long socket brake off a block of wood

will make a vulcrum to pivot off of

a 10 foot bar with 45 lbs on the end is 450 for the hub pilot
