Well most lenders require 25 to 30 % down. There was a time bin loans were 1.5% 15 year fixed on $90000 is $6000 a year plus some interest. But you do your own numbers. Either you will build one and pay for it or chose not to. Your choice. But do not come on here and tell me I cannot pay for a bin because I have built eight bins over the years and all but, the last one, are paid for. Two more years and that one is. Few year back we paid for a bin on market basis appreciation and cash price in a year and a half. Hedging on paper without bins is not free either. If bins do not pay, why do elevators have them?
