| It seems pretty simple to me. Either the Chinese buy a large quantity of ag products yet this month or we slap on the tariffs.
The market appears to be waiting to see if the Chinese actually follow through with the purchases.
For me, I'm holding out for higher prices on beans. Have a feed mill paying a premium for corn today so delivering all we can get hauled. That's a basis play so not moving grain due to Chicago prices.
