EC SoDak | How long have you been farming? My guess, for quite a while and you have paid for ground. If that’s the case, put yourself in shoes that aren’t in the easiest avenue of farming.
It’s easy to look like a genius farm manager when you have a lot of wiggle room for decision making.
And yes, I took a lot of hedged cookies when beans were above $10. And yes, I made good money this year. It’s no excuse to ignore the facts and situations in our industry.
