Are you saying that the EPA Administrator doesn't have obey the law? The Administrator was give waiver power in order to adjust for catastrophes and unforeseen market events, not to enrich refinery owners and the republican party through campaign contributions. And certainly not to the tune of 10% of all our ethanol production.
