NW MN | Big picture the corporation pays the tax on their income. They generate the money to pay the tax by selling a product or service with a expected tax burden figured into their pricing to consumer so again big picture a consumer pays a portion of a corporations tax burden.
If tax was lower price of product or service might be lower or the corporations might maintain the same price and their margin/profit might be higher.
