Didn't you expect this to happen? The low commodity prices and interest rates rising, I am sure has an effect on land prices going down. Remember the 80's when interest rates went to 18-20%, land took a heck of a drop. I am sure this is why that Trump is opposed to the Federal Reserve raising interest rates. |
