Well, I didn't account for the increased taxes because of the $1.80 price improvement, just the amount I'd owe if I sold $8.00 cash next year. So I'd need even more... You can't win with these people!... Try to get your accountant to be creative, he just stares at you blankly, "doesn't work like that".... That'll be $1,300, thanks.
