South Central Iowa | Sure thing! There are definitely some challenges to being independent, self-employed people, not just in agriculture but many industries. I kind of complain about the non-deductibility of principal payments on land, but I wouldn't argue for one. All that would do is upwardly adjust values even further. Kind of got off onto my taxes, which I didn't intend, but maybe someone learned something from MBMarring and my experience of having shown no income yet having to pay the maximum payroll tax. So some good could come out of the thread, lol. | |
