I think I would have pinched and cut to length rather than coping all the joints.
Looks good but lots of work.
With the pinch and cut you should cut your prep time by lots.
When you have your lengths you should be able to cut up for 10 feeders in no time flat!
Just made it so you could sell for $1250 and still make some money!


I thought that was a good idea so I put a piece in the press. I put at least 10 ton to it ,the most I could do without using a cheater bar and couldn't get it to squeeze down much. Things could get a little sketchy putting any more pressure to it in our press.
