We mine Tar Sands... wash the crude out of the sand with Water.. pipe that Crude to Texas Gulf refineries.. then ship it on as refined products to Latin America Countries.. WHILE importing Crude oil from the Middle East..

At least ethanol is positive on it's footprint and with high protein DDG's around the corner will be adding value to the mix.
