First thing with a two track machine is to do a test to make sure the tractor will steer straight without the accuguide engaged. Drive a straight line without touching the steering wheel and see if the tractor pulls one direction or the other.

I am assuming you have Centerpoint RTX not Rangepoint RTX . Centerpoint should be within a couple of inches pass to pass, Rangepoint would be 6 inches pass to pass.

You can put a box on one of the run screens that will show you the steering angle. When you are driving a straight line is should not be higher than 1 degree either direction and should not be one direction all the time.

Last is implement drift, if the tractor will consistently drive back over it's own tracks then you might have to look at drift as being an issue. Does the implement consistently drop to the same depth on both sides? Some of the farmers here are going to passive implement steering to correct for those issues. When I ride with them there is as much as 6 inches difference between the tractor and implement and it is often consistent for a 1/2 mile pass.
