I bought infurrow stainless tubes for my crustbuster. Thought the same as you....wanted that phos infurrow with the seed. They installed straight down the middle of the disks but they quickly bent/ moved to the side and rubbed against the disk. This rubbed a whole in the tube and then I had a 10-34-0/mud plugging up mess. I am glad that was the last season on those disks as I am sure bearings would have been going out left and right the next year. I quickly decided that behind the press wheel is the only way to go for me.
