Subject: RE: Liquid fertilizer on Crustbuster drill?

Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska
It is difficult to apply liquid on a Crustbuster between the blades. Not much room there. I ran 3 drills and the only way I found that worked the best was just a tube between the disks and don't have it hang down much below the bearings. Otherwise they get bent and it's a mess. I think I may have also ran a rubber tube over the stainless steel tube to get the fertilizer down a little further with some success.
