Subject: RE: Planting old corn seed

West Kentucky
If treated and stored properly, corn should actually improve for a couple of years. I wouldn't think twice about getting 1 or 2 year old corn seed from a company that I trust took care of it. I would much prefer to have that then seed brought straight from winter production and planted. As far as soybeans, I would never take the chance on saving them over. For whatever reason, it seems to be just the opposite of corn.
