If a steak needs anything on it after its been cooked, its not a good steak. I'm also one of those people who hate extra fat on it, unlike some who think its a delicacy. We went to texas roadhouse one day and my wife ordered a steak of some sort, I looked at her and told her for what we are paying for her one steak, I can grill up steaks for her, me, her parents, and my mom from our homegrown beef for the same price, plus it will taste just as good, most likely better. | |
