This absolutely was the issue. I registered the new (missing) dll and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help on this! I notice this solution was new within the last 2 months.. surprising with how often the software updates that it doesn't address this. Feel free to hit me up for info, if I ever run into you at some training or LAIS I owe you a beer for sure. Thanks again.
