I thought I still had it on a Keycard that I could copy and send to you but if I do I cant find it, I did try in SA5 to download it using the generic SN  N04710X000000 and that does work, Have you actually tried to upload it into the SRC thru SA ? I know when using the old version of SA it was really slow to upload but would eventually go.
