What is the purpose of the chem you're adding?
Ph, Alkalinity, and biologicals should all be controlled as close to the well head as possible. Certain chemicals take a bit to react, so it would be to your advantage to have some some time built into to it, which sounds like what you're doing. Sounds solid to me.

Fwiw, i like Stenner pumps.
