Subject: RE: Water treatment system in livestock barn

Somewhere in Michigan
The reason I don't want to use something like that, is that I would like to treat my entire site from one location. I'm not sure you can run water for 9000 head through a system like that. I'd be working with a 1.5" water line. The treatment needs to be used at 1 oz to 128 gal, and I could be running as high as 1000 gal an hour of water.

If I treated just the barns I would have to hook up in 6 places. Also I'm not sure why it would cost any more to treat all my main lines, vs just the drinker lines. I'm not paying for the product.
