All trimble Auto Steering must use a Trimble Receiver the system being installed by the DOT will communicate with the trimble Receiver over a cell phone just as the MoJo you do not need to have a Mojo to use the Iowa Dot Network if you want you can email me for further info as far as the FMD and FMX you can go to this Blog to get more info on them Check out the Precision Ag Blog
Please correct me if I'm wrong Dennis, but Trimble Autopilot requires communication with a GPS receiver via TSIP. Since TSIP is a publically available standard, if a non-Trimble receiver were able to communicate via TSIP, it could be used with Autopilot.
Can mojortk communicate with Trimble console?
