I looked at everything I could find to look at. I should mention that in one field it counted up to 49 pounds in the total weight section but never logged a moisture reading. And in another field i started a new instance, I think it is called, and it counted 4 pounds but never went any higher for the rest of the field and never logged a moisture reading for the field at all.
It made a good coverage map but no other maps and the “swath control” was telling how many rows the header was picking up. So I’m reasonably confident the problem is not GPS related.

Ok. If you run through everything in the other post, it will hopefully isolate the problem. When the machine was converted from black box to Pro 600, there could have been a wiring problem, swapped pins in a connector, etc.

I mentioned the bench test for the flow sensor. There is a bench test for the moisture sensor as well - your dealer should be able to do it or give you the instructions. If those sensors test out, then the problem could be in the wiring harness or in the YMIU itself. If the dealer has a spare YMIU, it would be easy enough to swap it in to see if it makes any difference. I have seen YMIUs fail before.

Be careful if you bench test the moisture sensor. The metal "elbow" where the harness connects to the moisture sensor is NOT a connector, so don't try to disconnect it there. The harness goes all the way up above the RH front tire, and that's where you'll find the connection to the rest of the AFS harness. That's where you'll run your electrical tests.
