NE Iowa | Couple questions for those of you with experience with multiple versions of Ag Leaders Yield Monitors. We are running an original YM2000 with a GPS2000 (I think that is what the GPS unit is called). 2 real shortcomings on it are the SRAM card (card availibility and having a reader; card capacity isn't a problem) and the moisture sensor (blade type in the grain tank fill auger). We have been running this system for a long time - first on a 7700 and now on a 9600. I see there are now getting to be some used PF3000s and PF3000 Pros on the market. Is there really much in those that would make it worthwhile updating other than the move away from SRAM? And would moving to the clean grain elevator moisture sensor be a good move? Seems like this blade type hasn't worked very well the last few years - and it definitely didn't work accurately in last year's 20% corn. Any thoughts / advice?
Thanks
