Southeast Colorado | We've got an outfit looking to do something in our area. They say they will pay a minimum of $20k/year or 5% of what is produced if it's greater. They almost guarantee us it will be greater. The machines are going to be something over 4 MW each. Didn't even know they made them that big. I guess Colorado just did decide to idle a big coal plant and some legislation has changed that makes this deal a real possibility. A few of us are talking about going together and hiring an attorney if this gets closer to reality. The folks that hosted the meeting said that that'd be a great idea. Not sure if they really meant it..........but they said it! LOL | |
