America. | Prenup is only as good as the paper its written on anyway, lawyers chew through them all the time. Land price increases is one part, if you had 160 acres valued at $3000/acre when you were married and at divorce the land is $10000/acre the preunp is declared null. Many ways for it to go like that.
I agree, if you feel very strongly you actually need the prenup then your chosen partner is probably not the one for you. | |
